Foothing all through,
The eastbound traveler
Banked his trust to the lone road,
Befriend soulful songs,
Went seeking alms,
Begging,
Improvished.
"Yes,
The gates are open
And I’ve what you seek
The space and warmth
Importantly
Time,"
She smiled, sweetened the air
Tossed her hair to right
Took him by hand
Opened the gate.
"For you
Always
Hereon,"
She said.
However,
She is bound to west
He knew what that mean
Though.
May be,
It will eat some peace off him
To accept
The fate,
The defeat,
The toothy sorrow.
Ultimately,
He may.
Yet,
That may gnaw some peace
Off his dear heart
 Painfully!
