Spring

Dendrobium Nobile

 The dust has settled

Sins of the winter cleansed

Spring, the agency of beauty and life

Adorns the world with flowers in rife.

Petrichor diffuses to the heart

Colors caress soul of the sight

                                       with flowers

                                       leaves

                                       buds

and rainbows arching from hill to hill.

This season has no dearth of beauty.

Heels can't hold while the earth's anew.

To the beauty of spring, I surrender.

In awe, even the mightiest tremble at beauty's feet.
